Thompson & Morgan Zucchini "Tondo di Toscana"

A versatile, round zucchini which can be harvested in all three phases of growth:

• golf ball size for eating raw,
• slightly larger for cut slices and stir-fries
• or tennis ball size for filling

Italian Marinated Zucchini Salad:

1. Cut zucchini into thin slices, marinate with fresh lemon juice, garlic and olive oil in a bowl and refrigerate until cool.
2. Add chopped parsley, basil and coriander and serve.
