Description
The rainbow-colored stems are extremely healthy and revitalize both vegetable and flower beds. The mild-tasting stems are harvestable as soon as sixty days after sowing. Perfect either cooked or in salads.
Serving
Cook and serve with butter. Delicious. Rich in fiber, and pro-vitamins A, C and K.
