Thompson & Morgan Sweet Pepper 'Friggitello' F1 Hybrid

Medium-height, high yielding plant with long, tapering fruits about 14cm long. Thin skinned, aromatic, medium green, interesting Italian pepper. Ideal for frying and easily digested.

Recipe: Peperonata.

1. Wash the peppers, cut and core them.
2. Steam the peppers with onions and garlic in olive oil.
3. Add tomatoes and let them cook, then add olives, parsley and a little water.
