Description

An interesting mix of five different varieties. Each variety has a different eye-catching color, on the outside and on the inside. The stems and leaves have contrasting nuances. A true culinary delight. Simply wash the young, crisp, juicy beets, peel, cut into slices and use raw in salads. Also suitable for pickling, cooking or as an ingredient in soups.

Serving:
The large beets are suitable for baking, because they have an increased sugar percentage. The leaves can be used as a delicious spinach substitute.

The mixture contains: Subeto F1 hybrids (red), Boldor (gold), Chioggia (pink-red and white rings), Albina Vereduna (White), Bulls Blood Scarletta (red, with red leaves).
