Description
This novelty cabbage is a mix between red cabbage and pointed cabbage.
The "Kalibos" variety combines the attractive red colour of the red cabbage with the crunchy, fresh consistency of the pointed cabbage. This fine speciality forms bag-shaped heads with relatively loose leaves. After a short planting period (4-5 months) the heads can be harvested. The red cabbage can reach a weight of 0.8 - 1 kg.
