Place the wood chips in the smoker and nest it in between charcoal briquettes. The smoke adds a distinctive flavor to your food. Additionally, you can also prepare an additional marinade with thyme and rosemary.

Application: Measure the required amount of wood chips and place them in water for about 30 minutes. Add the wet chips in the smoking box and place the box in the charcoal.
