This finely curled lettuce is suitable for year-round cultivation and forms thick-fleshed leaves.
Our tips:
- Early sowing in seedboxes
- Do not plant out too deep
- Germination temperature: 10 to 16°C - higher temperatures can have a germination-inhibiting effect
- Requires loose, humus-rich soil
- Only fertilise carefully - sensitive to salt
- Harvest as soon as a firm head has developed
- Earlier harvest possible by covering with foil or fleece
